A comprehensive guide to scholarships and financial aid can be found on the Brooklyn College website. Federal financial aid is divided into three basic categories: loans, federal work-study, and grants/scholarships. For most of these, the student must a a resident or citizen of the United States. In order to qualify for loans and work study, you need to fill out your FAFSA application: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
